I have always been fascinated with the process of transformation a once caterpillar goes through to emerge as a butterfly. This symbolic process can be used as powerful guidance within ourselves and our lives, which inspired me to create Cocoon in You. The chrysalis phase of a caterpillars journey is truly the most remarkable and miraculous portion of development. During this time, the cocoon may seem idle from the outside eye, but on the inside, a great deal of transformation is taking place….. We too, are able to transform ourselves into something beyond what we are now. Through the process of going within ourselves , we have the ability to emerge with new insight, direction and a sense of self. My purpose is to facilitate the process of changes that will create metamorphosis within you and your life through a variety of mind/body techniques.
